4- ACCES TO SERVICES :
Use of the Site and its services implies acceptance of these T&Cs, without however making the creation of a User account mandatory. The Site allows the User free access to the services. The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with an Internet connection. Any costs incurred (internet connection, computer equipment, etc.) by the User to access the Site remain their responsibility.

11- DIVISIBILITY :
If, for any reason and to any extent, any provision of these T&Cs should be deemed null or unenforceable, such nullity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these T&Cs and the provision in question shall be enforced to the extent permitted by law.
12- MEDIATION CLAUSE :
The User has the right to appeal to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of any dispute relating to the execution of these General Terms and Conditions, as provided for in Articles L.611-1, R.612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code. 13- APPLICABLE LAW :
These T&Cs are governed by French law. This applies to the substantive rules and the formal rules, notwithstanding the places of performance of the obligations arising from these T&Cs.
14- COMPETENT JURISDICTION :
In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable solution, express jurisdiction is granted to the Courts of Paris, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims, even for emergency procedures or for interim relief procedures, in summary proceedings or by application.
